Instead of exporting unused energy back to the grid, eddi sends it to an immersion heater, heating water using excess solar. The result is free hot water powered by energy that would otherwise go back to the grid with little benefit to the customer. With no change to the customer’s lifestyle. Eddi works seamlessly with existing hot water tanks and is a straightforward addition alongside a solar installation.
