Never had I been so pleased to burn my fingers on a hot bagel that had just come out of my toaster, knowing it was achieved by sunlight that hit my roof earlier that day. Thanks very much to Wow for giving me the ability to make tasty bagels and burn myself on them using only the power of electricity that I generated myself. The whole process of the install was really very easy, and executed as perfectly as anything can be. We received excellent support from Wow Energy. We were able to organise the installation of an EV charger easily. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and professionally, and stayed on site until all snagging issues were resolved. Simon and team fitted solar panels to our roof and a 5kW battery, working with our then builder who made a mess of the underlying battens, so Simon's team had to remove and re-instal. Simon and his team were very professional, methodical, efficient and clean / tidy. The Enphase solar panels are fabulous as they are installed directly onto the roof, rather than above the tiles so there is less roof maintenance required. The Enphase system is better for us due to less maintenance, micro-invertors on each solar panel and  excellent power generation / storage capabilities, in comparison to what is generally installed in the UK. WOW subsequently installed a 2nd 5kW battery for us and worked with Enphase to resolve a fault with no effect on us, or interruption to our solar generation or battery storage capability. We can't recommend WOW Energy enough. The original installation and follow-up assistance has been excellent. Simon and the Wow Energy team installed a new solar panel and battery storage system, together with an EV charger at my home in Marple. I chose Simon and Wow because of the attention to detail and customer service when seeking quotes - feeling that Simon would do a high quality job which would be a good investment in the longer term. Simon and team identified roofing issues behind the tiles when installing the system, which had been my fear given the age of the roof. However, this was resolved in a very effective manner, utilising Simon's contacts and finding a really good balance between practical advice, excellent teamwork with roofers and real drive to help get the problems fixed, whilst adapting the PV system design given the need for a new roof. Simon and the team (Rick, Jason) were all very professional, open and filled me with a lot of confidence through the process. I'm really pleased with the end result, which is both a roof and a PV system that should now last us for decades. Faultless from start to finish! Simon and his team were professional throughout, making sure we fully understood solar, the benefits and which would be the best system for us and our home usage. His prices are very competitive and we chose his company based not only on the initial meeting and product but also for the aftercare we know we will receive. After we upgraded our power supply from 60 A to 100 A, they jumped straight in and remotely tweaked and optimised the system at no extra cost. Simon and his team installed 28 panels and a battery at our clubhouse during a recent refurbishment. The roof needed (more than) a little TLC to accommodate the panels and he coordinated the work with our contractors and his roofing team. Excellent product and excellent team. I've no hesitation in recommending Wow Energy. The team did a first-class job in fitting solar panels and a storage battery (April 2025). The job was not without some challenges. The guys were organised, very polite, hardworking, and they know their stuff. Wow Energy installed solar panels on 3 roof sites and an Enphase battery. The project was managed superbly and the work carried out to a high standard. WOW co-ordinated the scaffolding and roofers brilliantly, they chose excellent partners who were respectful and professional. The installation by WOW was precise and detailed. One set of panels are visible from our garden and we wanted them mounted in a very tidy, inconspicuous way. The outcome was excellent and very subtle with the addition of a very tidy 'skirt' serving both to deter birds and give a fantastic finish. Teh panel are working very well. WOW's product selection was excellent and we are very happy with the Enphase battery and system which we can continually monitor. I had had visit by a rogue engineer from another company who had said my inverter  was not safe and that I needed a new one at what I now know was a seriously inflated price ! After hours of worry and researching a solar edge installer ( my installer not trading anymore) as I was suspicious of this character , I came across Simon who  answered his phone straight away whilst up ladders and came to my property the next day . Simon and his team have installed both in-roof and rack mounted solar panels for us, with microinverters and a scalable Enphase battery, all of which I can manage from the Enphase app. Not only is Simon a really nice chap and very easy to get on with, his knowledge and skills seem to be endless.
